Taking advantage of pleasant fall weather – forecast to cool significantly after the midweek peak highs – the Los Altos Village Association is hosting a beer stroll this week.
The event, set for the village’s downtown core – 88 Main St. – is Friday, September 27. According to organizers, more than 15 breweries, most of them local to the Bay Area, will have samples.
Running from 6 to 9 p.m., the event will also have live music performances. The number of local restaurants are sure to give attendees a number of food options along the route.
Designated drivers do not require tickets. For those participating, tickets are currently $40. In addition to tastings, tickets include a free collective beer glass.
Check in begins at 5 p.m. in two locations: Veterans Community Plaza at the intersection of Main and State Sts., as well as at Los Altos Hardwar, 441 First St.
