Holiday Giving

The holiday season is almost here! Read below for some upcoming and ongoing opportunities to give back to your community.

Special Events:

Gott’s Roadside

Gott’s Roadside restaurant is celebrating its third annual Day of Giving on Wednesday, Nov. 17. During regular business hours at all Bay Area locations, Gott’s will be donating 20% of all profits (online and in-person) to charitable organizations that support K-12 education in the Bay Area. Last year, the company donated over $14,000 from its Day of Giving. This year’s portion of proceeds will be donated to:

  • Napa Valley Education Foundation (donations from Gott’s St. Helena and Napa locations)
  • San Francisco Education Fund (Gott’s Ferry Building location)
  • Warriors Community Foundation (Gott’s Mission Bay location)
  • Palo Alto Partners in Education (Gott’s Palo Alto location)
  • Walnut Creek Education Foundation (Gott’s Walnut Creek location)
  • Schools Rule Marin (Gott’s Marin location)

Peace, Love & UNITY Park Community Cleanups – Unity Park Plaza

When: Saturday, Nov. 20, 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

Where: Unity Park Community Plaza – 16th and Ohio Street, Richmond

Thanksgiving Service Project at PATH

When: Wednesday, Nov. 24, 4:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.

Where: PATH Evans Lane Site – 2078 Evans Ln, San Jose

Santa Clara Firefighters Toy Drive

This annual toy drive is currently accepting donations at all Santa Clara Fire Stations. Click here to learn more.

West Valley Community Services – Gift of Hope 2021

This annual event will give out gifts to families via a drive-through system to ensure COVID-19 safety on Dec. 11. Click here to read more, donate, or adopt a family for the program.

Heart of the Valley Services for Seniors
