While students are not currently on campus at Cupertino’s Homestead High, a new building will greet them upon return.
The campus’ new Guidance and Student Services building recently finished work, housing a range of new facilities.
With 9,500 square feet of space, the building has new administrative and counseling offices, and a college and career center. Administrators see the building as the future home of a number of student groups and activities as well.
Santa Rosa-based Quattrocchi Kwok Architects designed the building and Lathrop Construction did the construction.
The new facility also provides, according to statements, a more secure student entry point to the campus.
