With just more than 50 days until the November 2020 election, candidate forums are popping up across the region.
Three candidates running to be Sunnyvale’s Mayor will square off at an event Thursday evening.
Larry Klein, the incumbent Mayor, Nancy Smith, the incumbent Vice-Mayor, and Michael Goldman, a sitting councilmember are contesting the seat.
The League of Women Voters Cupertino-Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale Neighbors of Arbor Including LaLinda (S.N.A.I.L.) are hosting the forum. It runs from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 10.
Elaine Manley, co-president of the LWV chapter will moderate the event, held on Zoom.
