A local orchestra is set to perform a new show this weekend, with young composers at the center of it all.
The Saratoga Symphony’s event, with the goal of providing an educational and community benefit, is Sunday, October 6, beginning at 3 p.m.
The Kids Rule! concert will feature three pieces, composed by artists aged 11, 14, and 16. Symphony performances are held at the McAfee Center, 20300 Herriman Ave., in Saratoga.
Sunday’s concert is free to attend, while donations are appreciated. This is the 32nd season of the Saratoga Symphony and Sunday’s show is the first in the company’s 2019-2020 season.
