Two local non-profit organizations are working together to support families in need in the West Valley this week.
The EMQ Auxiliary, which works to support the needs of local children, is hosting a holiday and home sale through its Butter Paddle Gift Shop. Proceeds will support Uplift Family Services, which provides support for children and families as they recover from trauma including abuse, neglect, addiction, and more.
Uplift Family Services notes that it is “one of the largest, most comprehensive behavioral and mental health treatment programs in California.”
The Holiday and Home Encore sale is set for Saturday and Sunday, October 5-6 in Campbell. The Uplift Family Services Community Service Room, 251 Llewellyn Ave., will host the event. It runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Gently used Christmas and holiday decorations, as well as other home décor items including china, ceramics, and more will be featured.
