Do you have unfilled garden space? Want to teach your children or grandchildren the importance and value of gardening and raising vegetables?
On Saturday, September 21st, a community seed celebration and exchange aims to share the joys of gardening with Cupertino residents. The event, which will offer a selection of vegetable and flower seeds, is set for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 2499 Homestead Rd.
In addition to an introductory video, younger attendees will have a fun gardening game to keep entertained and can ask questions of a local master gardener. The event is hosted by Silicon Valley Seeds, a local non-profit organization.
