Taking advantage of warm September evenings, Los Gatos is set to host a family-friendly event at a local park later this week.
Beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 20th, the city’s Oak Meadow Park will host a number of children’s activities, including face painting, a carousel, and lawn games.
At 7:30 p.m., post sunset, the screening of Incredibles 2 will begin on a large, outdoor projection screen.
Organizers encourage young attendees to dress up as their favorite superheroes. Snacks will be available for purchase, or you can bring a picnic dinner as well.
With the late evening wrap-up time, flashlights are recommended, as are low-back chairs and blankets for comfort.
Parking at Oak Meadow Park – 233 Blossom Hill Rd. – is limited, so walk or carpool if possible, or build in extra time to find a spot for the car nearby. A drop off zone in the park’s lot will be set up as well.
