Art, Wine, and Music Festival coming to Sunnyvale this weekend

The 45th Annual Sunnyvale Art, Wine, and Music Festival is coming to the city’s downtown this weekend.

Presented by the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce, the event will feature live bands, local wines, and a number of Bay Area artists.

For two days each year, the festival occupies Historic Murphy Avenue at Washington Avenue, along one of the city’s busiest bar and restaurant corridors. Close the Sunnyvale CalTrain station and the bulk of the city’s new housing units, the festival is consistently a hub of early summer activity.

The 2019 festival is set for Saturday, June 1, and Sunday, June 2. Open hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.

The festival is free to attend. Organizers have asked, given the large crowds, for families not to bring pets along.
