Tim Zimmerman and The King’s Brass will perform a Christmas concert at Union Church of Cupertino, 20900 Stevens Creek Blvd., on Dec. 19 at 7 p.m.
The nine-person ensemble consists of band director Tim Zimmerman, Gregory Alley, Dan Davis, Matt Dueppen, Robert Earhart, Sunghwam Kim, Casey Klint, Paul Millettte, and Jonah Trout. Together, The King’s Brass specializes in “sacred brass music.”
The ensemble has been performing for 40 years with three trumpets, three trombones, a tuba, keyboards, and percussion. They say their music is made for people of all ages to “lift hearts and spirits in praise.”
