Cupertino’s emergency preparedness fair is set to take place on Saturday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Memorial Park.
“Prepare Cupertino” is a free event for the community to learn about the importance of emergency preparation. Several vendors will be at the event, including SCC Sheriff, SCC Fire, American Red Cross, The Salvation Army and the County of Santa Clara Office of Emergency Services.
The event will include giveaways, displays of the latest emergency tools and technologies, CPR and fire extinguisher demonstrations, and the first 500 attendees will have the opportunity to build an emergency backpack.
