Meditation workshop by Stanford University Assistant Professor at Cupertino Library

The Cupertino Library is hosting a meditation workshop where Dr. Manish Saggar, Assistant Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, will discuss the benefits of meditation and how meditation enhances brain functioning on Jan. 20 at the Cupertino Library,  10800 Torre Avenue.

Dr. Manish’s focus is on understanding brain dynamics at rest as well as during learning. He has received multiple honors and awards for his research and speaks nationally on the topic of meditation.

He will explain what meditation is and how it works during the workshop and will invite participants to meditate as a part of the workshop.
