Improve your classroom with behavioral strategies

The Santa Clara County Office of Education has partnered with SELPA, Special Education Local Plan Area, to host a free training for employees of any of the 31 school districts of Santa Clara County on Oct. 3.

The workshop will be led by a Behavior Analyst/Education Specialist to offer strategies and action plans to teachers who are working to improve undesired student behavior. Participants will be able to understand difficult student behavior and will have the necessary strategies to intervene.

The free training will be held at the Santa Clara County Office of Education, 1290 Ridder Park Dr., San Jose, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
