The Bay Area Steampunk Association is coming to Cupertino tonight to eat, drink and mingle at the Duke of Edinburgh Pub and Restaurant.
For those who may not know, steampunk is a subculture based on science fiction that has taken the world by storm since the 1990’s. Known for its fashion, music, literature, model-making and more, it is a guaranteed fun and interesting opportunity to meet new people and explore your imagination.
The Bay Area’s association is the largest active open-membership steampunk group in the region. Everyone who is interested is welcome to attend and learn more about the steampunk culture. They are gathering tonight, Wednesday September 9th, at 7 p.m. at the Duke of Edinburgh, 10801 N Wolfe Rd, Cupertino, California 95014.
