The main restaurant and concessions vendor at San Jose Airport, which has seen continued passenger use in recent years, will soon host a series of hiring events to staff up its operations.
HMSHost, which employs 41,000 worldwide according to the company, operates a number of food venues at Mineta Airport, including “Flames Eatery & Bar, Jamba Juice, Pizza My Heart, Le Boulanger, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, and Peet’s Coffee & Tea, among other dining locations inside [the airport].”
The company is hiring both full- and part-time roles in a range of food service positions. HMSHost advertises that their employees have paid job training, access to a 401k, and a free Clipper Card, among other benefits.
Four hiring events are currently scheduled:
- Tuesday, July 30 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 13 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 20 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 27 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Interviews will be conducted at the HMSHost office near the airport, 2521 Seaboard Ave. in San Jose.
