Dish n’ Dash, described by one Yelp user as a “casual offshoot of the amazing Middle Eastern restaurant Dish n’ Dash in Sunnyvale,” is set to open in Cupertino.
At tonight’s Cupertino City Council meeting, Dish Dash, Inc. is aiming to get approval for an alcohol beverage license for its upcoming “fast casual” restaurant at 20750 Stevens Creek Blvd.
The popular restaurant business has two fine-dining locations — both called Dishdash — in Sunnyvale and Milpitas,
Aside from Cupertino, there are “fast casual” Dish n’ Dash locations in Sunnyvale, San Jose and Fremont.
As stated on the company’s website, “Our ingredients are sourced from quality purveyors featuring: fresh, natural, domestic lamb; certified Angus Beef®; free-range chicken; sustainably harvested seafood; and locally sourced produce. Echoing the culinary traditions of various Middle Eastern countries, our authentically original family recipes feature protein-rich legumes, earthy grains and exotic spices with a contemporary twist.”
