As part of International Coastal Cleanup Day, 77 enthusiastic volunteers and City staff met at Creekside Park on September 16 and pulled more than 300 pounds of trash out of about 1.4 miles of creek bed between Bollinger Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard.
The volunteers expressed their pleasure and thankfulness in being given the opportunity to participate.
The City thanks them for their dedication to their community and the environment.
