Tomorrow, August 23, a Housing Speaking Panel will occur at the Cupertino Community Hall. The panel is the third in a series of speaker sessions, organized by the Cupertino City Council.

Unlike the previous panel that focused on retail, tomorrow’s panel will be about housing. The invited panelists will talk about how the public and private sector can work together and find solutions to the current housing issues in our region.

The goal of the speaker series is to discuss topics important to the Cupertino community and future developments in our city.

The panel will be moderated by Olson Lee, former director of San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing, and will include four housing experts: Deanna Ellis, Vice President of Land Resource in Northern Caifornia for Cresleigh Homes Corp., Julie Quinn, Director of Resource Development for Housing Trust Silicon Valley, Matt Franklin, President of MidPen Housing Corp., and Matt Regan, Senior Vice President of Public Policy for the Bay Area Council.

All are welcome to attend tomorrow, August 23, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Or, if you can’t make it, be sure to read our article with an overview of the most important findings of the panel.
