Fall Wreath Art & Wine Class

Thursday, November 17, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Join Gilroy’s 6th Street Studios & Art Center for a Fall Wreath Edition of their Thursday night Art & Wine Class. Local artist Emily McEwan-Upright will guide students in creating two styles of fall-themed wreaths. Each reservation will cover two free tastings and supplies for their wreath. Thanksgiving Yoga Detox

Sunday, November 20, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Children’s Discovery Museum, 180 Woz Way, San Jose

Start off your Thanksgiving holiday with a detox and reset with Coach Cristal. Class will begin with a juice fasting/green tea ceremony to detox, followed by warmup, yoga flow, and a HIIT workout. All levels are welcome to join. Purchase your ticket here.

Thanksgiving Break Art Camp

Monday through Wednesday, November 21 to 23, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Looking for a fun and safe way to entertain your kids during their Thanksgiving break? 6th Street Studios & Art Center has you covered. Art Camps including art, games, and reading will be hosted daily leading up to the holiday. Camps are broken up by age group, with options available for 4 to 7 years olds and 7 to 13 year olds. African American Community Service Agency, 304 N 6th St, San Jose

The African American Community Service Agency will be providing resources for those in need this Thanksgiving season. AACSA will distribute warm Thanksgiving meals, dry goods, sleeping bags, socks, hygiene products, gift cards, and other items to members of the community. Pre-registration is required to attend. Silicon Valley Turkey Trot

Thursday, November 24, 2022 at 7 a.m.

W Santa Clara St & First St, Downtown San Jose

Start off your Thanksgiving with a workout at the Silicon Valley Turkey Trot. Race day bib and shirt pickups will open at 7 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning, followed by a costume contest, 5K and10K races, kids activities, and a fun run. Grand Thanksgiving Feast
