Cupertino offering Portal Park for student study spot

Are the students in your family fed up with their school routines? Are they searching for ways to connect with friends in a COVID-safe way?

Cupertino recently launched a new program for local students to mix up study routines and get out of the house.

Located at Portal Park, 10229 N. Portal Ave., in Cupertino, the Parks and Rec Department is running the program. The Study Hall is available, by reservation for students to study, meet on assignments, or watch classes.

Space is limited and is reserved for students in grades 7 and up. All attendees must wear a mask and practice physical distancing from others.

The program runs each Tuesday and Thursday, including October 27 and 29. Registration is $5 for a two-hour block of time.
