Wildfire smoke and COVID-19 are limiting our opportunities to get outside or see friends and family. Thankfully, Santa Clara’s sidewalk-chalk art contest is past the submission time, with voting now underway.
This year’s theme ‘Summer 2020 Santa Clara,’ is a way to engage the community and have a little fun.
Categories range from those 12 years old and younger, those ages 13-18, and those aged 19 and up.
The community can now vote on their favorites, with prizes for each category.
Entrants must be city residents and could only draw on their own space. Voting runs from August 19 to the 30th on the city’s Open City Hall site. To vote, click here.
