West Valley Community Services to hold Valentines event

While Valentine’s Day is a celebration of love, and the special people in our lives, one local organization is preparing to bring some of that joy to those in need.

West Valley Community Services, the long-time non-profit group based in Cupertino, is sharing the Valentine’s spirit with its low-income and homeless clients on Friday, February 14.

WVCS will have fun activities and treats for the community members they serve, as winter’s cooler temperatures make it a particularly difficult time of year for those without shelter.

The Valentine’s celebration, which is staffed in part through volunteers, runs from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the organization’s facility at 10104 Vista Dr. in Cupertino.
