The globally successful film phenomenon Frozen 2 is sweeping into Santa Clara this weekend, prompting sellouts of two screenings and a photo event on Saturday.
Santa Clara’s Northside Branch Library, which regularly hosts a wide range of programming – particularly for young residents, is holding a pair of screenings of the film on Saturday, February 15.
The first screening at 10:30 a.m. is followed by photo session with characters from the film: Princess Anna, Queen Elsa, and snowman Olaf. The second screening kicks off at 1 p.m.
Frozen 2, released in 2019, is the sequel to the 2013 smash hit Frozen. With a worldwide gross of more than $1.4 billion, Frozen 2 is the second highest-grossing animated film of all time.
Northside Branch Library, 695 Moreland Way, will be serving popcorn during the screenings.
While both screenings, and the photo session, are already sold out, there may be waitlist seats available at the door at the beginning of each event.
