Thursday event to share Brazilian culture with Cupertino youth

As part of the monthly ‘Cultures of the World’ series, Cupertino is sharing the dynamism of Brazil with young people on Thursday.

Focused on children ages 4-12, the event teaches about the music, art, crafts, and cuisine of Brazil, South America’s most populous country and one of the most diverse in the world.

This week’s event, set for Thursday, February 13, runs from 3:30 to 5 p.m., perfect for the after-school activity crowd. Children must be accompanied by a parent.

No registration is required for the event, held at the Quinlan Community Center, 10185 N Stelling Rd., in Cupertino.
