The Valentine Fun Run and Walk returns to Campbell this year, in its 43rd annual edition.
With 10k, 5k, and Kids’ Dash courses, the event is an activity for all ages.
Set for Saturday, February 8, the race kicks off with the 10k start at 9 a.m. the 5k starts at 9:10 a.m. and the Kids’ Dash gets underway at 10:30 a.m.
Courses run along the Los Gatos Creek Trail, at Campbell Park on the corner of Campbell and Gilman Avenues, and are mostly flat.
Packet pick up, with a race bib, shirt, and goodie bag is Friday, February 7, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Campbell Sports Basement in the Pruneyard Shopping Center.
Parking for Saturday’s race is available in the public garage at 1st Street and Rincon south of the Water Tower and in the lot and garage at Pruneyard Shopping Center. There will not be gear checks available at the race.
Registration for the Kids’ Dash, open to those 6 years old and under, is $10. The 10k is $45 per adult.
