The annual Fiesta de Artes is coming back to Los Gatos this weekend, featuring activities and fun for the entire family.
Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Los Gatos, the Fiesta is set to feature over 100 artists, wine from around the world, and an extensive musical lineup. Organizers expect at least 20,000 attendees over the course of the festival.
Admission is free to the event which runs Saturday and Sunday, September 21st and 22nd, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Unlike many large festivals in the West Valley, dogs are welcome at the Fiesta de Artes, and many restaurants and local establishments will have specific outdoor spaces for those with pets.
110 E Main St. in Los Gatos will host the festivities, near the city’s Civic Center and Veterans Memorial. The grassy setting has redwood trees for shade and provides a cooler setting for attendees, as weather can always be warm in the West Valley at this time of year.
Organizers are pushing for residents to walk or bike to the event, and plan to have an on-site bike valet, as traffic and parking are notable concerns.
