Kids and Families encouraged to attend Bike Rodeo at the Northwest YMCA

The Northwest YMCA is working with Cupertino Safe Routes 2 School and the Walk/Bike Cupertino to host a Free Bike Rodeo on Sept. 22 and 23 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. both days.

Young residents ages 8-17 and adults are encouraged to attend the “Rodeo,” which will feature a guided neighborhood road ride with safety education. Certified instructors will give an in-class presentation as well as “skills drills” in the YMCA parking lot, 20803 Alves Drive.

Helmets and a working bike are required to participate.
