The Junipero Serra Trail “2B” meeting will be held at Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Avenue on Feb. 26 at 6 p.m.

The Feb. 26 meeting comes after two previous public meetings for the proposed trail. Both Public Meeting 2A, which occurred on Feb. 20, and Public Meeting 2B are open house format. The community is encouraged to provide input, ask questions and engage with the City and consultants about the project.

The first Public Meeting was held in December 2017 and prepared a feasibility study for a proposed off-street bicycle and pedestrian trail that would run on the existing Junipero Serra channel.

Based on the feedback from the kick off meeting, “Trail Alignment Alternatives” have been developed, which include options to gain more width to provide a standard multi-use trail, according to the City of Cupertino website.

Attendees are invited to stop by the upcoming meeting any time during the event window. Public Meeting number 3 will be on June 6, 2018.
