Curry House in Cupertino was recently highlighted in a popular food blog for featuring gudetama, Sanrio’s lazy egg character, in some dishes.
Eater San Francisco reports that the restaurant at 10350 S De Anza Blvd. has partnered with Sanrio to feature gudetama at all nine Curry House locations from mid-October through year’s end.
Calling it a “cute food” warning, the blog says gudetama appears in Curry House’s special multi-course meal package that includes “several egg-centric courses, including keema curry topped with an egg, a cup of corn soup, side salad, custard pudding, drink, and commemorative gudetama x Curry House beanie for $29.”
“Collectible placements will also be available to take home,” according to Eater San Francisco.
