A large group of Cupertino volunteers came together to help repair an elderly woman’s home on Oct. 28.

The Rotary Club of Cupertino was one of six organizations that partnered with Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley (RTSV) to help repair a home in need. RTSV is an organization that provides critical home repairs to over 600 families per year, according to their website

The Rotary Club of Cupertino partners with RTSV twice a year, according to President for Rotary Club of Cupertino, Orrin Mahoney. He said the RTSV projects works to improve homes, “typically of seniors that can’t afford to take care of their place anymore”.

The repair work included paint of the exterior, repair and replacement of fences, gates, foundation vents, and clean up of the yard and side of the house.
