A curb-to-curb transportation and trip planning service is launching October 16 to assist West valley seniors.
RYDE, Reach Your Destination Easily, is a senior transportation service of West Valley Community Services, in partnership with Santa Clara County that serves adults 55 years and older.
The service is recruiting volunteers to drive older residents to medical appointments, shopping centers, social activities or wherever else they need to be.
RYDE services are open to Cupertino, Campbell, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, and Los Gatos at low-cost fares based on the number of miles you travel to a destination.
