New ‘Cupertino 311’ updates portal for city service requests

Cupertino residents will soon have access to updated online and mobile technology allowing them to report and make service requests on various issues in the city, from graffiti to illegal dumping or fallen trees.

The services request tool, Access Cupertino, is changing its name to Cupertino 311 and will have new features.

“The new tool will now allow the public to view reported issues, see existing requests on a map, and read city staff responses,” according to the city. “Sensitive matters will continue to remain private.”

Both the change in service and name are expected to happen by the end of September 2017. Click here for more information.
