Cupertino is set to hold an affordable housing workshop to inform residents about the city’s Below Market Rate (BMR) ownership and rental programs. The workshop will run from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 21 at Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Ave.
Hosted by Hello Housing on behalf of the City of Cupertino, the workshop will provide an overview of the BMR ownership and rental programs and their requirements, the eligibility process, priority points criteria and details on how to join the 2018 waiting list. A question and answer segment will close out the session.
